is a small, family run, full-service commercial real estate brokerage specializing in tenant representation,
landlord listings, and property management for retail properties in the Western Washington vicinity.
Founded in 2001, our mission is to exceed client expectations
in every aspect. From the successful pre-leasing of a new shopping center in Snohomish, opening at
90% leased, to the land sale of a fully permitted and designed center in Everett, Retail Realty Services
can meet your real estate needs be it buyer or seller. A recent project as buyers rep for a 50,000 foot office
building in Everett and as agent for the landlord of the very first Starbucks drive-thru only
property in Lynnwood, Retail Realty Services has established a track record of extra effort,
personalized client care, and demonstrated diversity. Retail Realty Services also acts as exclusive tenant representatives for local companies such as Pet Pros and Tacos Guaymas as well as national companies such as Design within Reach and Harry and David. We give personal attention and purposely limit our accounts to ensure listing owners and all tenants represented are completely satisfied. |
